The Duchess wore an ivory ruffled Alexander McQueen suit with a straw pillbox hat from Jane Taylor. The hat is called Georgie and described on Jane Taylor as “Sophisticated Sinamay beret with delicate ivory silk/organza rose & classic veiling trim. Worn in sinamay, with an ivory handmade rose, by The Duchess of Cambridge to Prince George’s Christening on 23rd October 2013.” She also had her Kiki McDonough citrine earrings.

Her ivory ruffled suit by Alexander McQueen  is a version of the collarless ruffled blazer from the designer’s SS12 collection. It appears that the ruffles on the Duchess’s version is more subtle. The Duchess worn her jacket with a matching skirt that is flared or a full skirt as compared to the stock photo of Alexander McQueen which matches the jacket with a straight cut skirt. From the last photo, you can see that the peplum on the Duchess’s version is also slightly shorter and more subtle.
